People who do not exercise, especially if sedentary, can use it twice a day or as recommended by your specialist, massage with gentle circular friction, especially in areas with greater muscle flaccidity.
Repeat until fully absorbed, do not remove the product after application, allow it to soak in for at least 2 hours.
Athletes or people who lift moderate and average weight, are recommended to apply twice before and after exercise to strengthen muscle fibers, and for its connective system growth factors, which favor the metabolic activation of muscle fibers.
To prevent stiffness, apply 30 minutes before exercise and afterwards. Repeat daily until the package contents are empty.

Presentation and packaging:
Moskulis packaged in a styrofoam box to protect the product from temperature changes, it should be stored in a cool place at 5 to 25 degrees Celcius. It contains one 5.0 fl. oz. /150 ml. bottle with dispensing pump. The contents are prepared and packaged in a sterile atmosphere. Do not accept this product if there is any evidence of alteration.
